Oasis Reuniting, Who’s Next?

The beef between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher appears to have been settled…for now and Oasis is officially back! The band announced they’ll play a string of shows in the UK and Ireland next summer. If you plan on trying to buy tickets, get ready to sit in the queue and you’ll probably have to sell a limb or two.

We got an Oasis reunion before GTA 6 and it was an announcement not many people had on their 2024 bingo card. So, with Oasis now off the list of groups and bands we wanted to see get back together, who’s next?

Led Zeppelin. I know this is an absolute pipe dream, but the remaining members did hit the stage together back in 2007 for a one off show, but don’t have any intention of playing together again. At least point, you’d have a better chance of winning the lottery.

NSYNC. It’s probably tearin’ up a lot of hearts that the famous boy band hasn’t decided to get back on stage since 2002. The Backstreet Boys did it, why does Justin Timberlake have to be so busy being successful as a solo artist? Maybe one day the announcement will come, but its not anytime soon.

Outkast. I’m sorry Ms. Jackson, the chances of Andre 3000 and Big Boi singing their hip hop staples together again isn’t good. It’s been 11 years since the Atlanta based duo wowed their fans. Andre 3000 said he felt like a sell out during their last tour. We’re just going to have to smell the ‘roses’ and continue hoping one day we’ll get to see these two spit their famous songs together one day.

Spice Girls. They’ve done it before, twice actually. The last time was during the 2012 Olympics in London. They are the most successful female group to come out of the UK and would easily sell out arena around the world.

Finally, ABBA. All 4 members are still alive and rumours have swirled for years they may finally get back on the road. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like ‘Dancing Queen’. There is countless cover bands out there, but nothing would beat seeing the OG ABBA back on stage singing their mega hits to thousands of Mamma Mia fans.
