The New Hangover Cure For Your Saturday/Sunday Morning!

We all know Friday night plans often lead to a Saturday morning where you wake up wondering if you got hit by a truck on HWY 63. Hangovers, right? While everyone swears by their own home remedies, a dietitian has swooped in to provide actual guidance on what to eat.

Among the top suggestions? Hydrating fruits like oranges and watermelon (because water doesn’t count, apparently)… Rice, to soak up whatever remains of last night’s questionable decisions. Even salmon to replenish some vitamins and nutrients.

Sounds like a solid plan, but here’s the problem: effort. If it can’t be delivered to my door or magically appear thanks to my very understanding wife, it’s not happening. I’ll just ride it out with a cold slice of pizza instead!
