Redwater RCMP have arrested a man after he was found tampering with wildfire protection systems in an evacuation zone on Thursday May 8th. Officers on patrol spotted the man, who appeared to be trespassing, and discovered he had disabled sprinkler systems set up by fire crews to protect homes, potentially increasing the risk of wildfire damage.
