FORT McMURRAY, AB — Expectant and new parents will have a chance to connect with local healthcare professionals at a pregnancy health information fair hosted by Primary Care Alberta next month.
The free event takes place Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Fort McMurray Community Health Services on Thickwood Boulevard.
Attendees can meet one-on-one with Primary Care Alberta staff and other healthcare professionals to learn about pregnancy, birth, and early childhood care. Topics will include prenatal education, infant feeding and nutrition, immunizations, mental health, pelvic health, and infant safety. Representatives from community organizations will also be on site to share information and resources.
