It was a scary moment at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home this past weekend after someone allegedly opened fire on the property.
Police say a woman pulled up across the street from the singer’s mansion on Sunday afternoon and fired several shots toward the home. Reports say around ten shots were fired, with at least one bullet hitting the house and another striking an RV parked on the property.
Thankfully, no one was hurt. Rihanna was reportedly inside the home at the time but was not injured. It’s not clear if anyone else was there, though she shares the home with partner A$AP Rocky and their children.
Authorities later located the suspect and arrested her without incident. Police also say they recovered a rifle from the suspect’s vehicle.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what led to the shooting and whether Rihanna or anyone at the home was specifically targeted. For now, the most important thing is that no one was harmed in what could have been a much more serious situation.
