Alberta RCMP have launched CAPTURE (Community Assisted Policing Through the Use of Recorded Evidence) throughout the Province and it is now being used here by Wood Buffalo RCMP. CAPTURE is a voluntary surveillance camera registry program, which allows residents and businesses with surveillance to register the location of their cameras to assist RCMP with investigations and keep the community safe. Any contact information and video cameras submitted on the website would not be available to the public. Police do not have access to your live feed or view your cameras.
