Above-normal temperatures expected in Fort McMurray, highest anomalies in Newfoundland and Labrador
FORT MCMURRAY, AB. — Environment Canada is forecasting above-normal temperatures in the Fort McMurray region over the next three months, with average amounts of rain and snow. The seasonal outlook shows much of the country will see a warmer-than-usual fall. Newfoundland and Labrador is expected to have the most pronounced temperature increases, a troubling sign for a province already contending with wildfires.
