Harvard: What support will you offer the Superintendent in implementing the board’s strategic direction?
It is important to establish a climate of collaboration when working with the Superintendent. Open communication and accessibility are paramount to ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
Harvard: Do you have children in the system, and how have their experiences influenced your perspective?
I do not currently have children in the FMCSD. Given the challenges that the school system is facing, my husband and I have decided to explore alternative options in meeting our children’s learning needs.
