Landmark Cinemas has issued an update – and it’s not the update we all wanted unfortunately. They could be closed for another 3 months.
“A quick update from us: yes, we’re still closed, and it’s becoming clear that this repair timeline is… well, more “feature‑length” than expected. Let’s just say we’re in a multi‑month chapter of the story.
The burst pipe and subsequent flooding knocked out major electrical systems, and finding the right replacement components has a “quest for the holy grail”. Rest assured, we’re on it, and we’ll reopen the moment everything is safe, powered, and popcorn ready.

– Free holiday promo tickets will be extended 6 weeks after reopening.
– Landmark Extras renewals are being paused, and compensation details are on the way.
