FORT McMURRAY — The Fort McMurray Airport Authority is inviting residents to its annual public meeting this spring to review the airport’s performance and outline priorities for the year ahead.
The meeting is scheduled for May 7 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the observation area on Level 3 of the Fort McMurray International Airport terminal.
Airport officials say the session will provide a recap of operations in 2025, including highlights from the airport’s annual report, along with an update on air service, passenger experience initiatives and upcoming projects.
The authority says the meeting will also include presentations from members of the airport’s board and executive leadership team, along with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and speak with airport representatives.
Officials say the public meeting is intended to give community members, business leaders and industry partners insight into airport operations, financial performance and the broader role the airport plays in supporting regional connectivity in Wood Buffalo.
The event is free to attend, with light refreshments and parking validation available for participants. Registration is encouraged to help organizers plan for seating and materials.
