FORT McMURRAY — A detached garage was heavily damaged in a fire in the Thickwood neighbourhood on Monday afternoon.
Regional Emergency Services says crews were called to a property on Simcoe Way shortly after 5 p.m. and arrived to find the garage fully involved.
Firefighters brought the blaze under control and prevented it from spreading to nearby structures.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
