Think TSA only takes your water bottle? Think again.
The Transportation Security Administration just released its list of the weirdest items found at airport security in 2025, and somehow a replica bomb took first place.
The fake explosive was discovered at Boise Airport, complete with PVC pipes, wires, and even labeled “C4.” TSA called in an explosives specialist, confirmed it wasn’t real, and the passenger said it was just a “training aid.” TSA’s response? Cool, still not allowed on the plane.
BUT that was just the beginning!
Other honorable mentions include:
Live turtles hidden in pants and bras (yep)
Bullets inside a bottle of Nesquik
A knife hidden in a knee brace
Drugs stuffed into shoes
A firearm tucked into a golf bag
AGAIN, ALL THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT BRING TO AN AIRPORT.
TSA says even “harmless” replicas are a no-go, because DUHHHHHH.
Moral of the story? Pack light, pack smart, AND STOP TRYING TO SNEAK TURTLES ONTO PLANES!!!
