FORT McMURRAY — Indigenous entrepreneurs and business leaders in Fort McMurray are being invited to gather for a networking and learning event this week.
The April membership meeting hosted by the Nistawoyou Association Friendship Centre is scheduled for April 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the NAABA office on Biggs Avenue.
The event will feature a presentation by Robbie Picard, who will share his experience building a marketing and media business, including insights into branding, content creation and digital strategy.
Organizers say the evening is designed to support connection and collaboration within the local Indigenous business community.
Attendees will have opportunities to network, learn about other member businesses and exchange ideas aimed at strengthening partnerships and fostering growth.
The event is part of ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurship and community development in the region.
