FORT McMURRAY — The Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association is inviting Indigenous entrepreneurs, business leaders and community partners to mark their calendars for its 2026 annual general meeting.
The association announced the event will take place Oct. 9 at Summit GM in Fort McMurray.
This year’s theme, “From Roots to Renewal: Strengthening Indigenous Business through Community and Connection,” will focus on celebrating past achievements while exploring new opportunities for growth, collaboration and business development.
NAABA says the annual gathering is one of its signature events and will bring together members and stakeholders from across northeastern Alberta.
The evening is expected to include organizational updates, member recognition, networking opportunities and announcements related to the future direction of the association.
Additional details, including sponsorship opportunities, ticket information and programming, will be released in the coming months.
The Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association supports Indigenous business development and economic participation throughout the region.
