FORT MCMURRAY — The Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association says its 2026 annual general meeting is officially sold out.
NAABA recently announced that all tickets have been claimed for the event, which is scheduled for Oct. 2 at Summit GM Chevrolet GMC Buick in Fort McMurray.
This year’s AGM is being held under the theme, “From Roots to Renewal: Strengthening Indigenous Business through Community and Connection.”
The organization says the theme reflects the importance of honouring the foundations of Indigenous business in northeastern Alberta while embracing new opportunities for growth, collaboration and success.
NAABA thanked ticket holders, sponsors and those helping organize the gathering.
The AGM brings together Indigenous entrepreneurs, business leaders, industry partners and community members from across the region.
The event is expected to include organizational updates, member recognition, networking opportunities and announcements related to the future of the association.
NAABA describes the AGM as one of its premier annual gatherings, providing a forum for established members, new business owners and community partners to connect and discuss Indigenous economic development in northeastern Alberta.
